We first approached FertilityCare Toronto shortly after my husband and I were engaged. My gynecologist had informed me that morning that I would be unlikely to conceive due to the presence of a large uterine fibroid. She also suggested that the changes I had been noticing in my cycle were probably due to perimenopause, which would mean that I was infertile. After I was confident in using the system to identify the time of ovulation, they tested my hormone levels and discovered that low progesterone levels were causing many of my symptoms.
