Nora Jane Pope, ND, is a Board Certified Naturopathic Physician in private practice in Toronto. She focuses on identifying root causes of illness and restoring health. She combines evidence-based medicine with centuries-old healing methods, to ensure safe and lasting treatments.

Using the couple’s menstrual chart, Dr. Nora prescribes fertility treatments timed in co-operation with the Pre-Peak Phase, Ovulation, the Peak Day and the Post-peak Phase. She uses acupuncture, clinical nutrition, Chinese & Western herbs, homeopathic medicine and counselling.Dr. Nora is a graduate of McGill University, the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and is training as a NFP Medical Consultant at the Pope Paul VI Institute for the Study of Human Reproduction.

Dr. Nora practices what she preaches.  Since 1995, she charts her menstrual cycle using the Creighton Model in addition to seeing both a Medical Doctor & a Naturopathic Physician for her health needs. 

 She is an NFP advocate and looks forward to the day when all couples know when they are fertile.
